I have spent most of my career as a consultant, coach and trainer helping organisations become more effective through the application of lean systems. Along the way I also developed an interest in environmental sustainability and data and analytics. This led to my undertaking of a PhD to research the link between lean systems and environmental sustainability. My thesis will be completed in 2022 after nearly a decade of research.

More recently I have pursued my entrepreneurial side as a director and co-founder of two start-ups that serve the not-for-profit sector. I have a mission to apply my experience as a consultant and researcher to help not-for-profit organisations flourish so that they can continue their amazing work.

I grew up on a farm and after finishing high school, moved to the beautiful beachside city of Wollongong in Australia where I have lived for more than 30 years. I have one daughter, am a golf tragic, love watching documentaries on space or the universe and try my best to stay fit despite myself.
